Night Flying with led lights question

I have built my arduino controller for lighting on my Pandora using 5mm LEDs of 3200mcd but can't see much of these durning the day when I fly,

I would like to see more of the LEDs including the nav (red and green steady) lights in daylight.

The strobes and landing seem alright and I don't really want to use strip runs of LEDs .

What do you guys suggest for size and/or power, candle power.

Thanks in advance Doug

It appears the issue is with narrow field of vision someof the LEDs are 15 degree s
I have ordered some 130 degree 5 mm piranha @ 27k mcd.

We will see.
