Frame looks a bit thin, with those narrow arms. But we'll just have to wait and see how strong it is.

Should be more than enough for a 50g model.

QX95 is 40g and it works perfectly with even thinner hollow arms.

We will find out soon. It should be in stock early next month.

Quite a few people broke the frame on the QX95. Also, hopefully the 0703 motors will offer more power than their brushed counter parts, otherwise this one will fly more docile than the brushed FPV quads of similar size, since it's heavier, but still uses the same props.

Maybe but my QX95 frame is quite solid. More than I imagined . I guess it is all in the way you fly and crash. I try to crash with class. Like Casey does.

Every quad can be broken with enough determination though I wouldn't complain about QX95 build at all.
Motors should be around 35g pull per motor, 140g total.

New video. And it's actually even lighter than the QX95.

Got mine last week, my first 1s brushless quad and seems quite good. Paired with the GN 450 80c battery, the punch surprised me and handles well too. Not in wind though, it's too light and gets blown around. Not crashed it severely yet so can't say about the frame toughness. However I had a motor fail out of blue so had to order a new motor!

I got mine coming too, couldnt resist the compatibility with all the QX/EX 1S batteries I have. Concerned about those motors failing though.... seems on par with EVERY 1S brushed quad I have bought from BG.... stock motors seem to be junk and fail. Maybe I should just go ahead and order some replacement racestars https://www.banggood.com/Racerstar-R...l?rmmds=search.

How is the OSD? Thats the real reason I got it....

OSD seems fine but I only got two flights with it before motor #1 failed, got a couple of spares coming. If they are as fragile as you say, this could be the only 1s brushless I'll get for the time being.

Which kv racerstar would you recommend?

Are we sure it's the motors failing and not the ESCs? Seems odd it'd be the motors - on brushless setups those usually only die to overwhelming physical force, and the ESCs are the part that releases the magic smoke.

Yes on this occasion I am certain as the motor is stuck and doesn't spin the same as the others, physically there is a mechanical issue

Maybe you misunderstood me.... I am not sure if the motors ARE fragile, but the brushed ones (this is my first brushless from BG) have mostly left me needing to replace the entire set with racestar reds.

I would get the 15000kv (all 4) to match what it came with, or 12000kv if you have experience and know these will be ok. Good luck.... im am considering buying the Realac 130mm frame and some 1306's to build a 2s/3s bird for inside.
