@ beebfpv

Did you try it with 0,5A?

it works for a few more minutes but eventually the same happens.

Your "power"-wire/-connector of your lipo (or the connector of the FD-100) maybe not in a good condition, if the lipo-checker detects a constant voltage. Are you sure, your lipo-checker measures the voltage continues?

I tested with multiple LiPo's and the results are consistent, so I rule out a problem with the battery. I used 3 different cell checkers that all update in real-time and they showed consistent results. The cell meter detects a constant voltage in the video because the discharger never starts discharging. It immediately starts beeping and showing the solid green light indicating end of discharge. I contacted customer support to ask for a repair or resend.

Maybe when we finally get the software I'll be able to change the discharge voltage and trick it into discharging more by setting it to 3.5V or something.

Well I just bought 2 of these. Both of mine stop discharging at approx 3.92v/cell. I've tried 3s, 4s and 6s cells. Same result. Amperage setting and capacity of battery make no difference.

I then bought the sc linker and installed the battgo software which does nothing. The software launches and says "connecting USB adapter, please wait" but nothing ever connects.

I've now dropped $80 on a pair of bricks. Without the software mine are worthless.

I got them from banggood, so I can't even contact anyone about them.

Anybody know when we will be able to tweak the voltage termination value?

Is there a U.S. Rep or dealer?

Same for me, I contacted Banggood with the video shown above but they asked me to try again with 2V and make a new video, which I'll do tonight. Let's see...

Wondering when firmware will be available. Would like to NOT have to watch this thing while it discharges... looking for some info here. Anybody who can write code, got anything? My ts100 is hacked. Lol. Open source for the win on that one though.... cmon isdt, releasing a product that isn’t complete doesn’t sound like you guys... of course my t8 and q6+ are up to date. What gives?

I contacted Banggood and they asked me for a video too. I told them to go pound sand.

I contacted isdt directly.

They sent me a very basic piece of software. It does the job, but all it lets you do is send a termination voltage setting to the unit. You can't see what it's currently set to or get any data from the unit.

They also sent me the attached photos. Don't let the last ring of the connector make contact with the case of the discharger. I made a crude insulator out of a piece of paper as shown in the 2nd photo.

Basically, run the software, connect the USB interface, and power up the unit (I used a 3s battery)

Send the desired voltage and you should get a confirmation in the app that it successfully updated.

I take zero responsibility for anything this software does to your pc or discharger. It worked fine for me on a laptop running windows 10.

I sent 3.800 V to both units. I'm about to start discharging. We'll see if they were set to 3.92V or they are just calibrated that poorly...

If anyone has a problem downloading the .rar, PM me with an email address and I'll forward you the message from ISDT

So both mine stopped at 3.92v after sending a 3.800v value.

Loaded up 3.700v and they're dropping below 3.9v

Looks like they're gonna work...

Well it's looking like my final voltage value will be about 3.68v which is exactly .12v lower than spec and also the exact value over spec my batts were finishing at.

Something was funky on the production line that day...both of mine are exactly .12v off.

At least they're not bricks anymore...

Haha.

I found it on a British website for 99 euros. Call it $120 usd.

I'd rather buy a nice charger than drop $120 on one discharger.

I have a feeling flying panda is affiliated with sky RC.

I like the "30 amp max discharge" rating. On what? One cell?

Don't get me wrong, I'd love a pair of those. Looks great. But not at $240...
