A Desert Buggy Body on the 8IGHT-T Chassis

The new Losi Mini 8IGHT DB is an all-terrain buggy in 1/14th scale. It features a very realistic body with panels, a cage, and drivers. The Mini 8IGHT features the same chassis as the 8IGHT-T. It comes with a 3800kv Dynamite brushless motor and a 25A waterproof esc. The ESC can handle 2s and 3s power, for speeds over 30MPH.

Also included is a Spektrum STX 2 2-channel transmitter, and a 7.2v 1200 mAh NiMh. The Losi Mini 8IGHT DB retails for $249.99 and is scheduled for availability in early June 2017.

My hovercraft is full of eels.
I like everything about it except that so-called Spektrum RX that won't bind with our nicer transmitters. That is disappointing to see in yet another release.

KE Spins make me dizzy.
48p spur/pinion. Not bad.

I wonder if they addressed the self-tightening spur gear nut problem. Blew out about ten spurs/pinions because of that before I threadlocked it.
