Flying wing - ailerons and elevator at the same time?

In flying wings we've got the ailerons and elevator at the same control surfaces, so I'm wondering what happens if I use both of them at the same time? how the servos are gonna react?
Thanks.

Almost all modern radios have an "ailevator" mix for flying wing aircraft.

If you have the two functions mixed correctly, when you pull back on the stick, both surfaces go up, if you push it right, the right one goes up and left goes down. If you are pulling up elevator and using ailerons then both may go up, but the one on inside of turn goes up more. The trick is get proportions right.

I know this is late but how do you make your rc plane like my Ares gamma pro v2 not use its aileron and elevators at the same time? How do I counter act the alievator?

I have just googled the model and found this : Ares gamma pro v2

Which reveals that it is a conventionally configured aircraft (with a tail).
As such, it should not be set up in your tx. with ailevators or any mix that is designed for a tailless model. That is what this thread is about.
Your model set up (in the tx.) should be a simple 3 axis set up with no mixes, just dual or tripple rates.
Post back if you still are not clear on this.

Jim.
