As much as I like the AIO idea, that USB port location has to be the single most horrible choice ever. Unless you mount the whole thing quite tall in the first place, you won't even be able to plug a standard USB cable in, and it will point to the rear and always have the power wiring in the way.

"Output Voltage: 5V@1A"

"1A" Meh, enough to run hs1177 and vtx03/mi200 in practice ?

Camera yes (only runs about 80mAh), but I'd worry about the VTX. It uses linear regs, at 4S those will get very hot even at low load.

5V 2A should be standard IMO

Can't you just position it so the port is facing sideways? Doesn't seem like the biggest deal and it's probably the best place they could find given how much they had to pack into the PCB. A newly released image shows that Racerstar opted for some nice, big ceramic capacitors. I think I will give this one a try.

The power plug would stand out pretty far to the side, and wiring motors would be awkward and you'd have to remap them, otherwise you'd even have to go across the board to wire the motors.

I built a bunch of these boards before they got released. At first I was really annoyed with the USB placement when I saw it. I have caps and 12awg leads on the battery pads but fortunately I can connect and disconnect the usb cable with no issue. However, these boards like so many others are prone to having the usb ports rip straight off so I have very carefully epoxied them with a small dab, to the pcb.

Aside from this, the mosfets are TINY compared to what you would see on a newer 30A ESC and Spek Sat isn't working but that seems to be firmware related.

Bumping even though this looks like an affiliate link

Anyone have this board yet or am I the only one dumb enough to be testing it?

I donr understand having only filtered 5v out when so few vtx's can run that low.

Help.

I have this but sbus or ppm will not communicate to transmitter. Using fly sky radio and fsa8s receiver. Receiver binds and powers fine. All other functions like power to camera and motors work.

I have tried using ppm and sbus and all uart serial rx combinations. What am I missing?

I am also unable to get the FC to communicate with my RX, which is a FlySky X6B paired with the FlySky FS-i6. I have PPM enabled on my radio, which I've used with other models just fine. I have tried iBus and PPM on the RX. In Cleanflight I've tried each UART port and enabled iBus, nothing. I switched the RX connector to the PPM port and switched the FC over to PPM and still nothing. Everything is bound right, just no communications. Am I also missing something?

Same exact issue as me. I've tried everything for hours.

Help us! Did we both just get bad boards?

To test something, connect the ibus wire to RX6 and activate UART6 as serial/ibus port.
