Looks I'd say,
I for one like it.

I ended up ordering this from HK

Could not really find anything in HK with that size and KV. Only issue is that it seems Porcupine RC still is to ship the order

Can anyone tell me just how loud this model is. I ask as my new club has a sound limit of 80db at 7.5 metres which is not very loud. I have flown several scratch built "prop in slots" and they are all a bit loud - my Saab Draken on 4S is too loud but borderline OK on 3S.

Mine arrived just now. Snail mail.

Unboxing soon. Not flying since I have to travel.

It's honestly on the noisy side. You can hear it echo when you kill the power quick.

I have mine listed for sale cause it was too loud. If it doesn't sell I might try to get the battery under the canopy and motor in the rear stinger

Anyone local to the Charlotte area interested please let me know.

I was a bit concerned about the noise as well so searched the forum for a solution.

Seems that with a bit of re-shaping of the slot, the noise will be reduced.

There is another paint scheme "Russian Knight" which is more catchy. I hope Hobbyking offer this as well:

The design of this jet would allow a motor and prop to be hung on the rear, it would blend well. Block off the prop slots and you're done. Quieter and much greater motor and prop selections are possible. This could be pretty fast built this way.

Did you install counter rotating props? Nowadays small counter rotating props, even three/four blade propes, are abundant and cheap,
thanks to the explosion of racing drones
Most counter rotating props are installed so that they spin downward near the fuse (center of the plane).
