Antenna protection, and 25/100mW VTX sound nice. I hope the frame is strong enough though.

Interesting, don't quite see the product differentiation here and the price positioning. Can't ever accuse Eachine of being slow to release new products!

Yes, it is incredible that Eachine has the ability to bring new products to market. They also have excellent value for money

I do wish that sometimes they would take a little more time to test a new product. Some recent products are amazing, like the X220, X90C and Falcon 120, but some other products have been plagued by serious flaws, that sometimes get solved, and sometimes a product just goes on sale, after the flaws become apparent when reviews start being posted.

And some more attention to creating a good tune for each new quad, would be nice soo. Some come so badly tuned, that the product seems faulty from the start, when with decent settings, it suddenly becomes a great flying quadcopter.

I agree with this. It seems they deem the users (us) as the testers that iron out the issues, I guess if you look at the general pricing of their products they are pretty much selling ready made products at what most of us would pay for the components alone to self build, so from that standpoint one has to know what they are paying for.

I got a QX105 that was faulty out of the box and they sent a replacement FC immediately so they from my experience so far they are good with that. Seems there is no perfect quad out there with all reporting some issue or another.

IMO this race is going too fast. They should use testers to tune preseries. For sure they won't have problems finding good ones.

So it came in stock today and I picked one up. Was looking at the aurora 90 or BH85 and am glad I waited on this. Will report back once I have flown it.

Spc, can I asked what drew you to the Lizard over all the other new micros that have come out in the last few months?

Sure, So I wanted a micro drone for flying around the house/backyard/park(smaller parts of parks anyways) and at first had gone with a QX90c but that thing broke something every battery so at that point I knew I was done with brushed micros. What made me choose the Lizard95 is:
  • I use FlySky and this has failsafe where Aurora 90 doesn't for Flysky and SPC80 doesn't offer a Flysky version
  • Buzzer built in
  • OSD
  • Thicker carbon fiber frame
  • Switchable VTX power
  • protected clover antenna (Aurora 100 doesn't have this)
  • protected camera
  • still small enough to not hurt someone if I am flying around people (have a 130mm for when I have a bit more room)
  • Blade Torrent has drift issues Aurora 90 has brownout issues so am just hoping this won't have either
  • All around better build than the Chaser88

Thank you for that reply. I just got a A100 and have a zip tie roll bar to protect the cloverleaf. I would like the higher power TX but I'm enjoying LOS on it for now.

There are so many choices and seems like a new one, one worth buying, every week.

Thanks again!
