This is what I use to connect motor to ESC on my multi motor models, from Hobby King
When soldering make sure both male and female connectors are plugged together, this helps if you get the connector to hot, all connectors should be soldered this way.

I believe I have finally found some spinners that will work on the Connie. These are 1 1/2" aluminum cut for 3 blades from Hobby King. I had to buy different prop nuts to fit the Power Up 15 motors and do a little machining to make them work. The spinners also required a small amount of file work to provide clearance for MAS 10-7 props.
These spinners are spun as opposed to machined, but seem to run true with no vibration. They are not completely scale, but are the closest I could find without having something custom made ($$$).
Best of all they are $4.74 each with the new prop nut at $1.49!

The Tru Turn 30mm e spinners can be had cut out for MAS 3 blade, or any other prop. A bunch more than 4.74 apiece, but their service has been really good.

When I checked with TruTurn a couple of months ago they said they could not (or would not) cut the 30mm for the MAS 10-7-3. The smallest they would do is the 40mm. I hope that was wrong because I really like TruTurn spinners - very high quality.

Hmm. I didn't contact them. I'm using 9x7s, so maybe that will work.

Decided to go with the 7/8" OD Tru Turn cone shaped prop nuts in 1/4-28, in conjunction with 4mm to 1/4-28 collet adaptors from Tower. Simple, reliable, and light. A little smaller than scale, but they perfectly match the hub of the MAS props.

It's a fine fiddly business.

I like it. My wood one is going very slowly, due to it being bike riding/pistol shooting/rc airplane flying season.

Nice build,I love Connies!A couple of year ago a friend of mine,Ivve Hallberg here in Sweden, built PND Connies,One was the same as the one you build and the other one a larger version (1:10) I flew the larger one a couple of nights ago and my wife handled the camera.
See a Connie in the air might be inspiring? Flying them sure is!
