HK foam is ok for smaller models and for roll over wings providing you use a spar .. balsa, CF or similar it definitely no good for flat wings even with KFm airfoil unless you use a spar ... its good for fuselages too as it rolls real easy

Looking Good Duke, hope you remembered to pre roll the top a little, ... give a nicer finish

Very brave mate .. doing all them bits with hot glue, I tend to use UHU or similar for most of the ribs etc and just hot glue for the last bit to hold it all together

Are you gona do the dihedral ?

Looking good Duke. Any ideas on how you're going to decorate it yet?

I've just restarted my build of the little one. Decided to start over mainly as my foam rolling seems much improved!

Edit: Added a couple of photos.

Looking fantastic guys .. Adam, you are getting the nack of rolling now aren't you mate

I am sure the big one will fly great Duke, I can't wait to see it fly and then will draw up some plans for one about that size love the way you have braced the cabanes and wing struts Duke ... not sure I like the cross ones though
