Can 1.2ghz/1.3ghz video transmitter affect airport radars or commercial aircraft?

I was wondering if a 400mw 1.3ghz tx transmitting on 1280-1360mhz effect airports radars or aircraft.

No I'm not planning on flying near one or any aircraft but I have been researching 1.3ghz and it seems to be used for radiolocation which I think airports and aircraft use. BTW I'm in the UK if that helps

1280-1300 (so 1360 is outside) is a ham band for ATV activity, not used by airplanes/airports, DME usage stop at 1213MHz.
You can transmit in this 1280 band if licensed as a ham only, but not for FPV... recent ARRL issue specify that a FPV transmission is not automatically legal equated to an ATV activity.

Need to check whether the device has interference signals at other frequencies

ADS-B is close to those freqs at 1090mhz. Very unlikely you will interfere with anything other than a grumpy ham though, more likely your gear will suffer if there is anything else around close to you freqs. Some cell towers xmit on 2600, 1800 or 900, so they may have an effect as well. I've never liked flying anything anywhere near a cell tower, they seem to cause issues, pretty much if you can see them LOS then it's a no go. If you want to see what difference RF can make, go waaay out of town. I've heard of guys doing 7k on 2.4 and 5.8, but having issues at 500m in suberbia.

Was this disscussed somewhere on a FPV forum? Link?

You could try a simple "ARRL" search before asking, result would have been faster...

Yes it was and no 1280 will not effect 1090.
