Can any of you gents who've had the opportunity to fly this Slick compare it to the Extra? Thanks.

No one has taken delivery of one of these yet. Chris or Ben will have to chime in.

I absolutely love my extra and I'm curious if there's enough of a difference to get one.

I too would think there is enough diference between the 2 planes. I think that if you like your extra you will also like the Slick. We do know one thing for sure is Doc A will tell us his opinions on it as soon as he can.

Chris has a lot of time on both designs, I have far less time on the Extra. I'll let him field that one when he gets back for the Perry show. I can broadly say that I would classify the difference as "personality" rather than capability.

This is the one I've been waiting for.
With the exception of the Yak, I've never flown a Slick before but I've heard so many great things about it.

+1 on the yak. I've got a 44" Slick and a 79". The 44" definitely needs to move out and the 52" move in. The 79" is a different animal altogether. It's got a unique character that continues to surprise people once they get the CG right.
