Yippee!

[stumped and dumb] eachine wizard acting up out of the box

after half a year of micro-fpv with a qx95 i thought it was time to step up a notch and jumped on the eachine wizard craze.. last week it finally arrived, i bound it and hook it up to betaflight assuming there wouldn't be much to do as it probably was preconfigured. still i had to set up switches for arming and modes which was rather easy. but now i'm a bit at a loss.

copter is lying flat on the table, board is set to yaw -90°.

giving a touch of throttle, motors start spinning up, but only motor1 holds at the expected low rpm, 2,3&4 continually go on reving up whereas 4 eventually maxes out nearly and 2&3 keep about half. (bad) video here:
eachine wizard x220 acting up out of the box (0 min 41 sec)

i assume it tries to compensate for something substantially - but what?

thankful for any hints,
m.

That is usually the result when the copter has no props and A) Its in angle or horizon mode or B) Airmode is on
