Oooooo, this is a sweet tug, very well done. It's a shame it hasn't been in the water. It would help if you gave some particulars about the boat like size, power train info, what it would take to get it up and running.

Did you build it, if so, how can you stand not putting it in the water at least once? Great looking tug, wish I could afford it.

Not to hijack the thread, but it looks like we have a few guys around Orlando that have scale/fast electric boats. It would be nice to get together and runs the boats.

darby tug


The tug. Has the props shafts props and rudder linkage it has 2 dumas 12 volt motors and couplers you will need. A speed controler battery radio and receiver. The tug is 46 or 47 inch. Long about 13 wide and 2.6 feet tall with stand no i did not build it its been sitting in a glass case. For over 20 yrs and im selling it to fund my robbe oden tug and my nordeney other wise i wouldnt be selling it plus the scale is smaller than the robbe.s boats i have

WOW, I didn't realize it was that big. I'm sure shipping would be an arm, a leg and probably the other arm as well. But I bet she would look so majestic afloat. If I had the extra cash right now, I would put the snatch and grab on her especially since I'm only about 30 miles from you. But alas money is tight at the moment.
