The all new Swift 2 is the latest in the Runcam family of FPV cameras that sport the orange or black plastic bodies. The new Swift 2 comes with an integrated OSD that can display pilot name, a timer, and pack voltage. It has a very wide voltage from 5v up to a whopping 36v, and is also wide dynamic range for the best image quality. The Swift 2 is available with a 2.5, 2.3, or 2.1mm lens and comes with an additional case for various mounting configurations. The sensor is an IR blocked 1/3" SONY Super HAD II CCD.

Battery voltage and timer, everything/anything else is gravy. The only downside is that the timer is from when the battery is plugged in rather than throttle time. No biggie if you do a set amount of time between plugging it in and throttling up or are willing to do a quick calculation in your head...

Is it possible to turn certain aspects of the osd on or off, or all of the osd off for builds utilizing say a RRosd or new Betaflight controller?

Yes. In the osd menu, it can be turned on and off and customized.

Tough request man. Brand new camera and no one has all three lenses mounted up to it to post pics. Best bet is for you to do a Google search on the different FOV to see what they look like.
