Airspeed Sensors ASS-70 and ASS-100

The airspeed sensor' descriptions state that the SP-ASS-70 can accurately measure airspeed up to 167.7 mph, (270 km\h) and that the SP-ASS-100 can measure up to 223.7 mph, (360 km/h). The ASS-100 is referred to as "high precision" and the ASS-70 as "normal precision".

It would be interesting to know what "accurately" means for each sensor -ie what it is about the ASS-100 apart from the speed range that justifies the price being more than double.

I emailed FRSKY, the response was that the resolution of ASS 70 is 0.5 m/s, the ASS 100 is 0.2 m/s.

Is there a difference in update speed also? I have put a ASS 70 in a plane but the refresh rate of the value is a bit slow. On the ground (indoor) i see jumps around 5 km/h also so the precision does not say much i guess?

Carbo (-nator) ;-)
FrSky sensors transmit speed in knots:

{ AIR_SPEED_FIRST_ID, AIR_SPEED_LAST_ID, 0, ZSTR_ASPD, UNIT_KTS, 1 },
{ GPS_SPEED_FIRST_ID, GPS_SPEED_LAST_ID, 0, ZSTR_GSPD, UNIT_KTS, 3 },
