ewo ...... gws 3030 prop. my packs weigh 1.4 oz. don't know what 3 of the 340's weigh, but gene is running 2 cell 1200's which are somewhat heavier than mine.
i just cannot imagine what this wing would do on 3 cells .... it is pretty fast on 2 cells.
you are a good pilot and can handle HOT!!! i know, so give it a try if you want ... just be careful and make it short flights or the j250 may not be able to handle it.

Looks great Bud. If that's a stock EDF-50, you probably won't be overjoyed. Sounds cool, though

yeah I know, I thought I would just try it out, then pull her off and put the j250 on. The hardware store don't open till 9, small town. Hopefully by then I will have a few flights in.Bud

Yep im going to try 3 cell
There really light i think i might have a problem with ballance
I think this wing will really cook with a 3 cell , i havent burned a j250 yet

i looked the kokam 3 cell 340's up .... that pack weighs about 1.1 oz.
my 2 cell irate 830 pack weighs 1.4 so it looks like your servos will need to go a slight bit more forward than mine. i see that your pack is rated at 20c ...
hope you don't rip the wings off !!!!

Well the maiden with the edf unit did not work to good, it flew, but real slow.
I must admit that it is very stable. I got my bit and now I am ready once more.Bud
