Had a chat with our landlord today to confirm all is OK for the 20th of May and it is. I will post map and directions nearer the date. If anyone wants to arrive Friday PM and camp for one night please let me know. No facilities on site except potable water. So as we say in the Caravan Club, "own SAN essential"

Well the long range forecast for the 20th looks good with early light westerly winds straight down the strip swinging round to the north. One things for sure, that's bound to change!

Turn into the farm entrance track. At the end of the track you will see a steel gate forward and to the right, Go through the gate, closing behind you, and proceed along the track to the flying site. You can drive onto the patch to unpack and then park. Flying is from 10:00 am, 12 volt charging is on site, we operate an 85 db noise limit, by all means bring a friend and by all means bring a fixed wing if you want. My mobile is 07970 950897 if you get lost.

See you all then!

Hope you all have a great day, with gentle breezes and blue skies.

The really food news, is that I have managed to free up the Winterton Saturday, so I'll be there early Friday, and won't have to leave until about 10:30 Sunday morning :-)

see you all soon

Unfortunately the weather does look dismal but if we wait for the weather in the U.K. We would hardly ever go flying.
