I have the HSD Super Viper ECO version with Swiwin 60B turbine.
The ECO version is little cheaper. I comes without smoke system and no lights.
The first 50 planes were sold by HSD end of last year at reduced price.
I was lucky to get one of those... at $2000! (turbine included)
This is my first turbine plane and I'm very pleased with it!
Easy flying plane.
I have 12 flights on the plane now.
Only issue I had were the JP brakes. The brake force between both wheels was way out of balance.
Had to install new set of brakes and all perfect now.

Wow $2,000! That was a real bargain. Well done!

Can you recommend where I should purchase one?

I purchased straight from HSD China.
$300 shipping and $200 taxes. So total of $2500 but still very good price.
Not sure if there is a dealer in Australia...
Check following sites and ask for shippingcosts

just foam, plywood, and maybe the pipe (not sure). No gear, electronics, servos, etc. I'm not sure if the tanks are included either. I think they might be.

I got back confirmation no pipe is included either.

So it looks like around $800 for a bare foamy no landing gear, electronics, pipe, tank or anything?

That is one very expensive piece of foam??

I can buy a Sebart Mini Avanti for that much money and it comes with a composite fuse and retracts?

Wouldn't that be a better purchase?

Thanks Mike, do you know where I can get that from?

On that AliExpress page there is no economy version.

It just goes from the kit version which is $850 Australian then up to $2,350Australian for the plug and play version which has no turbine.

chopper52,
The smoke tank is molded with 750 cc on it. That is the same as 750 ml which equals 25.3605 ounces.

Cheers!

Yes you can .. stock tank on K60 gives 5 mins of mixed flying and 2-3 go arounds to land...by then ur in the UAT tank draining fuel.

plumbing the stock smoke tank may give u additional 3 mintues of flight ... so 5+3 minutes of flying time.
