Oops, my bad. I had somehow thought that it was yours. Anyway, I'm glad to see that you're on here showing that flying "thing."

Here's another little guy in the works.
It'll have a pusher prop on the back of his head.
That will be able to swivel sideways.
My sister made me do it.
Edit: Yeah looks like he's going to have big feet too.
Gord.

This one, a DLG, was affectionately known as a "three legged dog" . Not sure why though.

The pilot also had 'special glasses that could see thermals'......unh-huh...

The area of each wing is the same though dimensionally AND visually different.

3 years ago before I took up this hobby, when I didn't understand about wing loading or lift, etc. I would have doubted that any of these could fly......I still trying to figure out how yours does Petem ....these are some very cool examples guys.

I knew that the Flying Snake was going to show up on here, I just didn't want to be the one to post it since I have no credit for it.

What amazes me most is that how half of these "things" can fly when my first half dozen foam scratchbuilds were destined to strike terra firma rather quickly.

Like you say Robert , a bunch end up in the dumpster, or at least parts for the next one. But that one that does work well makes it all worthwhile.

It would be a cool one to bring here.

Gord.
Jetset 44 had one in his thread (and blog?) Search in here for it?
Free flight though but the video showed it do do surprisingly well.
As in I've seen 'real' models fly less ably.
