Conversion Tool


You can use Microsoft Calculator Plus to do conversions from metric to standard in weight, length, and so much more.

The photo shows a conversion from Ounces to Grams which is what I use it for most of the time. It has just about any unit of measure you can think of including many you've never heard of.

Here is a place where all the big boys of scale hang out. Go to www.rcscalebuilders.com register a name (same as here) and read till your eyes bleed.


There are all kinds of forums for kits,plans,detailing,etc..

Lots of the old Aeromodeller plans are available from X-list plans at

http://www.xlistplans.demon.co.uk/

Look in the flying scale section, and you'll find lots of nostalgia amongst the F/F rubber and power, and control line designs.

Loads of really nice subjects there, but it does help to have some old Aeromodeller plans handbooks as an aid to identifying those without illustrations
