Universal Fuselage Aircraft Showcase - post your here

Let's see just how universal these fuselages are:

Post the following info here:
- Model Name
- Weight
- Power plant, prop, battery
- Keeper or scrap?
- Photo

Here's the first one:
- Basic Usifuse park flier
- 11.5 oz
- CD-ROM 20 turn, 6X3, 3S E-tec 1200's
- Keeper, probably for AP

Cheers, Kahn

What is that wing made of?

The bluecore we get here in Aus comes with a brown paper backing sheet on one side, and a silver reflective backing sheet on the other. The wing is a single sheet of bluecore, where I have left the silver sheet on the top surface.

My first attempt at bluecor

- Model Name - UF TLAR
- Weight - ~13oz
- Power plant, prop, battery - EPS300, 8X6, etec 1200 2S
- Keeper or scrap? - Scrap, the design was way too hard to control, since at that time my RC experience was limited to a few months with a Wingo.
It was as twitchy as a PCW, but did not bounce nearly as well!

You might want to add wingspan to the specs??

Did you make a folder over wing with the blue core? Looks nice.

Thanks, Dave!
Yes, the wing was folded over a bluecore spar. It was plenty strong. Whenever I crashed, it was the fuse that broke. (and/or the prop)

Here's one I made for my son while playing with the Uni. Fuse. It is just a glider with some weight in the nose. Flew it last week with him and it flew over 100 feet! He loves it!
