That will have both shutters 1/2 open w/ the right stick centered. You"ll have to play w/ the settings to get them to be closed at center stick ( Travel Adjust ?? pg 64 ) Good luck...............Ralph |

Cheers Ralph. Thanks for the heads up. I'm doing some static builds at the moment but I'll get back to it later. I've still got to balance her out because she's tail end heavy. Thanks againe mate. All the best.

I still car'nt get these dame shutters to work on the right stick. All functions except throttle control wich I need on the left stick. I wish Peter was on here to explane exactly how he did it. Without the precise control i want , it's all rougher pointless. If I had known that it was going to be this difficult to set up my shutter control I doubt very much if I would have started on this path since as the whole situation with this idea was dubious in the first place. Gess that's why so few people have tryed it. And if they have they have oftern converted to moor traditional methods. Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

Hi guys. Thought you might like to know I'm doing a redesign of my Skirtless hovercraft. I've now put in a perriphiral jet at the rear of her so that now all the lift trust is for lift only. I have a choice now of a singal vectored thrust fan on a pivot or two jet fans mounted inside wich work tractor fashion. A bit moor complicated but would be worth the effort.

Thanks bud for the Delorean vid. Man that's really cool. It's got me thinking of an RC one. Sorry dude. Was having a bad day so I posted my model of my Mad Max V8 intersecepter wich Has had a great deal of intrest and works lol. Anyway I think the Deloran hovercraft is a great mix of the Two. Just have not figured out the skirt details on the full size one. But I cannot see any reason why it car'nt be done as a RC model. Would like to know if anyone else has had the same idea on it. Does anyone know how he did the skirt on it. I think it's a bag skirt with hols in it to allow the air to flow to the underside of the craft. And just for you Street racer, here's a pic of my finished V8 Intersepter.

A possible solution for a skirtless hovercraft:
A 12 inch or larger, two layered superconducting disc rotating at 5000 rpm or more in a magnetic field. |
