I see someone has a used nitro posted in the classifieds. Any thing I should look for before purchasing?

I've never had a nitro before, but I've been flying electric heli's for years.

I would be concerned about the compression of the engine. One gallon of fuel isn't much but how the previous owner maintained the engine.
