SAB Goblin Sneak Peak: A Little Big Goblin

The little big Goblin is on the way early next year.

Splash

SAB has a new teaser on the table for early 2017.

SAB Goblin has been the staple of RC helicopters for the past few years, and no one should be surprised. They keep releasing new and improved models on a regular basis. They just announced a new item to the future list of helicopters that might just tickle your addiction in this hobby. Even though there is minimal information, you can get a pretty good idea of what it might be based on the title and a small partially informative video released on Facebook.

I would say this will be in the 200-270 size range, but they are keeping things secrative so far, and information is scarce. The expected release date is March of 2017 and I personally can't seem to wait that long. Keep checking back for more information on the Little Big Goblin.

When more information is released you can check it out here.

March 2017 is not "soon".

I'm sorry for being an old grumpy, but what's the point of that photo? You can't tell *anything* by looking at it! I am outraged. Please remove the photo!! There is no point in having folks waste time looking at it!!

I have to laugh especially since I slow mo'd the vid posted at hf yesterday to near exactly the spot as the vid still above, the best one to show a profile.

At the head speeds recorded it's likely a 180 and less likely something 250 to 300 as an Oxy competitor. they probably saw how popular the mini helis can be and decided to invest.

Unless it's a hyper head speed under 300mm blade heli it's going to be in the 180 market, where the real "toy" market is, fun stuff.

But if HF crowd gets to see the vid, how come we are left with a hardly recognizable still? Now I feel very left out. See? That's the reason I don't buy goblins.

this could only mean there'll be a separate forum for them upon release.

Thank you, buddy much appreciated.

So I guess it's all goblin's fault that video is totally useless. RCG, i apologize for nagging you about the photo. I guess it wouldn't make much difference if video was posted..

the sound gives the size away more or less, I'm going with the 250mm range at high head speed (6s).

I wonder how the pancake servo arrangement will look on something micro.

I'd expect something similar in spec to the Oxy 3. The video gives nothing away but I guess that's the point!
