That's a good question...it's not so big that it can't be made from 3mm for the wings at least...need lots of rigging to get it to stiffen up but thst sure would shave off about 35-50%...don't you think so as well..?

Thanks Kenjiyama. Looks like I'll need to order some 3mil and try to duplicate your modifications. I really like the looks, it'll be easier to add landing gear too, and it should be lighter than my current 6mil Tib. Did you use any carbon fiber spars or just the CF braces shown?

That is too cool! I have bounced around the idea of a full fuse Tiburon, but never got around to it. Nice work! I am currently working on some full fuse ideas for 3D Foamy. They will have G-force wings, built up fuselages, vacum formed cowls and canopys! Preliminary tests show that you can build the full fuse lighter and stronger than the "shocked" fuse. Plus you get to hide all of the electronics!

Levi sent me 30 of the mini-Tiburon Bipe kits for the Perry, GA show. I still have a couple of them left. Not sure what the hold up is releasing them on the website. He sold a bunch of them at the WRAM show. Cost is $35.00
