X1 Touch: Charge on A/C but not on D/C? >>>>>>> Fixed :)

I've been using my X1 for over a year now (both A/C & D/C) and absolutely love it. However, after using it reliably for over 6 months with my DC Power supply, it suddenly gives me the "DC INPUT TOO LOW" error every time I try to charge a battery; regardless of the cell count or capacity.

When I switch back to the A/C plug, things work just as before.
The power supply is a TP1527PS and is also powering TP820CD without any problems. I've also done the following to no avail:
1. Powered only the X1 on power supply and charged a batt (same error)
2. Tested voltage on both power supply ports while charging (15.05V continuous but X1 shows error after 3 min.)
3. Tested voltage from wires going into X1 and TP820CD with no load (15.05V)

Is there a fuse or something internal that could be causing the error?

There is no internal fuse, can you try the charger out on a 12v automotive battery just to test it?

Thanks for the suggestion. I have managed to do a test as requested and as you can see by the photo, the results are the same.

The charger may be damaged then, it would need to be sent in for inspection. Where are you located?

A big Thank You to Xpress.. and Hitec. I was able to send out the X1 Touch and received it repaired in a couple of weeks. Works great now
