Motrofly - Hacker - Axi

I buy and build new EXFlight MSX Medium 83 and decide on new power motor I would like decide on new plane motor between Motrofly 4330-198 and Hacker A60-AS and AXi 5325/24 v2 3d Extreme and AXi 5330/24 3d Extreme.

If you go with Motrolfly, which imo you can't go wrong with, make sure you only get it through Anything else is' nt the real Motrolfly that you hear such good things about.

I have the same mxs 83" and i'm flying it with a xpwr 40cc motor. The power is mental, but not the lightest. The xpwr 35cc will get the weight down and you still have great power. Look @46 seconds for the pullout on my mxs

I was just watching the video for the 5330 and perhaps if someone from Esprit could come by again and clarify something.

I went back to listen a few time and I'm sure James didn't mean 843 RPM peak, so I was hoping someone could clarify if it was 8043 RPM, which is what would make sense with a true 197Kv at 47.8v at a fairly high 84% Kv efficiency.

If the same efficiency can be held at the nominal 44.4 volts, this means about 7330 RPM and 85.9A, so about 3800W with a 21x10.

The question I have is if the 21x10 prop is recommended for 12S on the 197Kv motor, and we're seeing between 85 and 100 Amps, depending on the voltage, why is the "35cc" motor rated to only 2500W? I'm guessing that you're calculating 2500W divided by the 745.7 constant is 3.5 HP, but 3.5 HP at the shaft is really 3340 Watt-in on an electrical system with this type of efficiency, if 197Kv is correct.

So the question is about the 3800 to 4765 Watts-in that the static test may be showing if 8043 peak RPM is correct. Should we disregard the 2500W Max that the website is saying and not worry about seeing 100A, or should we prop down from the 21x10 on 12S if 3800W is way too much for the 690g motor?

I was also hoping you could give us an all-up weight with the cross mount, connectors, and prop mounting hardware.

Axi 5325/18 v2 motor is 710 grams with prop adapter and x mount.

I was interested in the weight of the 5330. The 5325 will of course be lighter. Since the 710g is 115g more than the 5325 motor weight of 595g, I'm guessing the 5330 all up will be about 805g.

I bought an AXI 5330/24 V1, and I'm looking for a good controller that I could buy on a budget. I'm running a magnetic disk with it, so I just want to set it at a desired rpm, so I don't need a remote controller. Could you advise me where to look or what to look for? Thanks.
