yes its a brushless MCP clone, hopefully improved with the 3G / 6G flight mode capability

now if they where to do the same thing with V200D03 that would be a pocket rocket !

Since it's a direct clone of the Master CP it has the tail motor running along the tail boom rather than across. Makes changing the tail motor very fast and easy but also introduces mechanical complication with the gears.

Clone the V200D03 and I'll buy it now!

Please show us all there's someone there.
Youre in the market to make a clone
Here's a bird I'd love to own
V200D03

that radio seems the same as the v977's... if this means no programable curves... it will be a no go for me. I would have bought an XK futaba proptocol instead.... it's a pity

My gripe with the v977 was the lack of power , I would bog easily . This heli seems to have 3s power so it flys anything like the v977 I might get one although I don't like that tail setup, It looks cheap to me.

basically what else is out there, Master CP (which this is a clone - upgrade on) or the 230S

Exactly. Modelfilght is the local Blade dealer in Adelaide. Blade 230 sells for $459.99 BNF.

MasterCP is less than $200 BNF.

Other choices?

Edit:

There is one 250 heli that I love - SkyArtec X3V. I have more flying time with it than any other 250 I have.

This Wltoys clone will probably find its way into my fleet tho.

X3V flies fantastic. Mine is 3 years old now and not much original on It but it's still flying and certainly my favorite 250 bird.

It can be slightly idiosyncratic and certainly hard to get parts for now without dealing with SkyArtec. Their support is excellent however.

Their gyro is awesome but is a little picky as to what servos work with it. I've taken the electrics of an X3V and fitted it to a CopterX 250 and it flys almost just as well.
