Featuring updated suspension geometry, center driveline adjustability, and 22 platform Gen II shocks, the new TEN-SCTE 3.0 4WD SCT Race Kit promises to dominate the track, just like it's predecessors have done for years. The race kit retails for $429.99, and is currently in pre-order status on Horizon Hobby.

Looking nice. Previous versions were sometimes reported as being less durable, I assume that's been adressed now, if there was ever any truth in that criticism in the first place, naturally?

I think they were only less-durable when compared to the Tekno. When the SCTE1.0 was released, it was running against Slashes and stretched 1/10 wheelers. It was a tank, compared to those. Only complaint I hear was the ball ends wore out quick, and the truck got sloppy. I believe the 2.0 addressed the ball end issue.

looks like they did everything they could to catch up with most of the current features that Tekno offers, sure would be nice to see Associated join the party too... perhaps even Kyosho and Hot Bodies!
