That's very cool! I printed a splined output knob for my X9 Lite, after I moved the rotary pot to the "shoulder" for easy finger access. I plan to use that radio for DLG, and wanted that rotary output up there next to the momentary switch.

I admit I hadn't thought of printing servo arms, but next time I need an odd one I'll do it!

wing repairs

did this repair a few months ago for a friend who had a tipstrike on his brand new bamf

used the 3d printer to create a mold to keep the wing into shape while the epoxy was drying. so that both wings are under the same aoa,

used another bamf wing as a guide for dimensions. the difficult part was to find the correct profile, on the bamf website its mentioned as an modified synergy II profile, so i started working with a basic synergy profile, and made small adjustments,

the repair turned out quite well and the plane is happily flying again.
