Help!
Any idea what this is ???
Hi RCG ! I got this sailboat frome an estate sell
I don't know anything about boats and there is no marking anywhere on the boat, It is 50 inch long and mast is 64 inch high Sail servo is actually Brevel motor that works on a 9v battery, I posted few pics for you guys If you know anything about this boat I need your help Thanks , Isaac |

My first guess would be a Soling, but a couple angles look a bit off and the cabin/hatch is odd...

That was very common in the 'old days'. I have several boats from the 1980's with industrial gearheads like that. A large (read "heavy") die cast zinc gearbox with a 12 volt dc motor and a couple of micro switches. Running them off lower voltages, the sail arm was slow enough to be positioned with the bang/bang style control and a center sprung transmitter stick.

I used to go there often, until I moved out of the area. So now I go once or twice a month. I still belong to the local sailing club. Lake Balboa Model Yachr Club. They sail on second and last Sunday's of the month.
