8 cell 600mah NiCad vs. 8 cell 800 mah Ni-MH


Which of these batteries would you prefer to power a speed 400 plane (T-52 to be exact)?

You'd have to go with the NiCd between those two. The Radio Shack AA-sized NiMH cells (1400-1600 capacity) are marginal for speed 400 use - meaning anything smaller would be, well, too small. I don't know which 800's you have in mind, but they are probably too small for speed 400 use.

Is this an RS pack, or did you solder up the individual cells - could you please post the RS part#?
