Lies lies and more lies from Polyquest Roland Land


I have been attempting to obtain an order that I have paid my good hard earned money for from Roland Land (AKA) James Kim who is the director of Polyquest. Despite numerous emails and lengthy phone calls I get nothing but lies. Emails go un-answered and promised faxes, emails and tracking numbers never arrive.

Here's a cut and paiste of the confirmation of my payment.

All I want is the batteries I have paid for. I'm a new start up Lipo retailer so I can't take a loss of an entire order. I'm loath to post here for numerous reasons but I feel I have little option to get my message heard.

I've been promised the cells for over two weeks and still all I get is BS. There are other names and companies I can drop here but I still don't want to do that..........YET!!

I don't know how many people will get to read this before it gets pulled (hopefully not) I just need to vent.

This guy realy make me fume

I've had one order so far from Polyquest. No problems, only coment would be that he (James Kim) sometimes takes 2-3 days to respond to email. Order was received in good time & condition.

Roland/James is one in the same. He seems to be a nice guy that is either over worked or very slack at returning emails/faxes.

I have had progress and it looks like everything will work out. But the fat lady hasn't sung yet so I can't say for sure. I'm supposed to be contacted by the freight forwarder today (not yet) with the delivery time. E-commerce is hard enough let alone without regular communication. If clear and regular contact had been maintained this thread would never have been started.

My tender bits are the ones on the line hence my stress levels. I'll hopefully be able to post a good result but it has been extremely frustrating (for all concered I believe)

It's really funny that somebody identify me with James.

He is my staff and I do not participate his working, but heard that he has suffered with Chinese Shipment and feel really sorry for Robert.

What is worse, We had a big problem with E-mail servers and caused misunderstanding from foreign customers.

Robert, I'd like to give an apologize for late shipement and hope that you would receive the parcel safely.

Hi Michael. The cells arrived finally. There are still issues though. I'm negotiating with the various parrties at the moment. The fat lady hasn't sung yet but she's on her way to the stage.

I'll be testing the cells this weekend and by mid week I should be able to post graphs on my site. Initial cycles show they run a bit hotter at rated discharge so we'll see.

It seem the fat lady was just teasing me. I sent all of the cells back today as part of an exchange agreement we have come to

I guess it's time for me to pucker up and grab my ankles again and wait.

I'll keep you posted.

As expected I still have not been sent a tracking number for the return shipment despite sending the cells back in good faith. This seems like a very one sided show of professionalism.

What's a gut have to do.
