I think you would want something aerodynamic neutral so wind and prop wash doesn't mess up things. I don't think any of my racers are aerodynamic either but they fly well.

This looks really interesting. If they can actually build this and offer it at this price, then they have a winner. I wonder if it'll make over here to states.

I am sure when it hits the states the price would be 10-20% more expensive.

Will there be an 'international' and 'domestic' version too, I wonder?

With the Yi camera everything was pretty much in Chinese at first then ported to English later on.

Yeah for the price who knows if it will be good but seriously for the price it would be hard to built the equivalent if the prices are actually true.

Yup... LiPo's have changed the game.

TBH even heli's (model types) don't need to consider a good aerodynamic design.

When you have huge amounts of power, the finer points about design don't matter any more.

"Power.... more power" to paraphrase Tim Allen, says it all.

Are you sure the country was set to US?
For 2km range you need the full 4W capabilities of Parrot Sky controller, which are unleashed for US only, for EU power is limited to 100mW, so imagine the difference...

All were North American models. What I'm saying is that standard wifi connections are not great for these quads. There is lag, interference and loss of connection. DJI's Lightbridge was on another level.
