Click the link at May 12, 2016 1:07 am and it goes to a page that says,

Sorry, Tower Hobbies' Free/Reduced Shipping Offer Has Expired. Please check back later for our next FREE Shipping offer.

One of the shortest promotions I received in all 2 years I've been a member of Tower lol.

Same here, I think they will correct that if enough complain is made.

BTW, it is also the shortest since I have been a member since 2004.

It was fine for me this morning.

Still no good for me but around "normal" morning hours they usually get it right. Seems stupid to send out the email and not have the system set.
