How to return products to GearBest in the US?

1-Submit a ticket to contact GearBest customer service through the support center.

2-Wait for the verification from GearBest support center, and get the US return address.

3-Send the product back and provide a return tracking number.

4-Wait for the corresponding solution from GearBest support center, the return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt after confirmed the product is faulty.

GearBest is proud to announce a new Registered Air Mail shipping option(For USA users only).
Provided by HYT, the weight limit is 3.5kg, packages can legally contain Textiles, Power Banks, products with batteries, etc.

Shipping fees are between $5 and $30 (making it cheaper than DHL), orders can be tracked online 7-10 days after order submission, and shipping time is just 10-22 days.

It compares very favorably with Unregistered Air Mail which has a lower weight allowance (2.0kg), slower shipping time (15-35 days) and no online tracking feature.

Registered Air Mail is currently being tested. You are welcome to make an order using it (please select the USA Registered from Available Shipping Methods) and provide feedback via the order status.

How about this one -

I ordered a group of four items 16 August 2015.

Gearbest claims to have shipped two packages, one August 22, one September 24.

Nothing arrived. I waited quite a long time, because from Gearbest long shipping times are normal to where I live (I have ordered a lot of stuff from them, Banggood, Allbuy, Dealextreme, etcetera).

In December 2015 I emailed them to say nothing had arrived.

Now I got an email saying it must have got lost, and they will refund me half of the purchase price.

Why half? Either it is lost or it isn't. It isn't "half lost".

In future if I see the same item elsewhere I will buy from elsewhere.

Placed an order March 4 which stated "ships in 3 to 5 days" the order is still "processing".

Prior orders which were in processing for weeks that I canceled resulted in store credit i.e. "wallet"

Your policy states ""There may be occasions when GearBest confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered in a timely fashion, GearBest will contact customers and offer to cancel the order and refund purchase prices in full. "

Does refund purchase price in full really mean store credit???

sorry for that ,if you buy little value products ,you can buy a tracking number ,the possibility of being lost will be reduced ,and when you buy high value products ,you can choose an insurance ,and we will pay full for you

no ,when the product is out of stock ,you will send a letter to you to help you cancel the order ,if you haven't replied to us wthin 3 days ,we will refund the money to the wallet .more infos in here :http://www.gearbest.com/about/warranty-and-return.html

Ref purchX500 I bought then told out of stock had to wait 3-5 days but got even worse


Hello everyone,
I bought X500 from gearbest on 3/31/16 next day I saw that I did not get usual email purchase confirmation from Gearbest so I logged tt16040105115 asking about why no email and how long to ship rep told me X500 was out of stock and would not be in stock for 3-5 days, I tried numerous attempts in this trouble ticket to find out why no purchase confirmation and why I was allowed to buy an out of stock item, rep kept telling me to wait or buy something else in its place. I got frustrated closed and tried another trouble ticket t16040300200 again I asked about why I did not get email receipt again the rep never answered my question but the did tell me I now had to wait until 4/14/2016 until my purchase ships, I tried many times to get a clear answer frustrated I closed trouble ticket and opened another one t16040201296 this time to try and find our if X380 ground station software would work with X500 again no answer to my question instead the rep now said I had to wait until after 4/18/16 before the X500 I purchased on 3/31/16 would ship at no time was I offered the option to cancel my order nor any explanation on how my X500 went from shipping in 3-5 days after my purchase to now more than 19 days after my purchase in 2 days time and 3 trouble tickets with gearbest reps. So now I guess I wait another 15 days before my X500 ships, sadly in the last month I bought 3 X380s batteries and a whole bunch of things from gearbest to the tune of over 1000$ not to mention X500 but I guess a good customer does not matter to gearbest

Hello rep, even though gearbest gave me a frustrated aggravating run around and added 18 days until you have the product to ship and that you allowed me to buy something out of stock and being lied to about when the X500 will be restocked I am not ready to cancel yet only due to pricing but I may change my mind anytime I am fuming about being lied to by being told 3 different restock dates in a matter of 24 hours by gearbest reps and add to the fact that today earlier I asked gearbest on their web site about availability of the X500 and I was told by a gearbest rep to buy it that it would ship in 7-15 days not a good way to keep customers or to stay in business
