What ESC's in the 120A to 160A has built-in anti- spark protection?

Usually the HV ESCs will have anti-spark protection as this feature is related to input voltage not max current. Look for HV ESCs (above 6S)

Jeti Mezon but you can use simple AFC Anti-Spark connectors with any ESC.
