Feiyu plan

Feiyu mini 3D handheld gimbal DIY (2 min 27 sec)

Economical 3-Axis SteadyCam (DIY) (13 min 34 sec)

Well, attempts to make a home made handle have met varying levels of
success & costed almost as much as the full Feiyu G4S. It's quite a
struggle for people with no knowledge of electronics.

Your best look at the gimbal:

Cheap 3 Axis Handheld Gimbal (14 min 20 sec)

This guy had the idea of using a single, big bolt to attach the end of a
flashlight. The video also shows a blurry look at a big electronics
board which none of the modern gimbals have. Aside from replacing the
flashlight with PVC pipe, it seems to be the most viable solution.

This guy has more Feiyu documentation:

With a more cumbersome handle for the 2 axis Feiyu:

No-one has ever shown if the power distribution board can be removed
entirely, allowing the handle to be bolted directly on the motor. After
reviewing many ideas using 3D printing, flashlights, carbon fiber pipe,
the easiest solution is wood.
