Duke,

Check outerzone for retro antique plans first .

They may already HAVE some of them in PDF or even vector.

Realize that there is NO real "clean" way to get from a Pencil drawn set of plans
to a Vector/CAD format plan.

When I get a raster pdf I have to convert that to png or jpg type file, as those types are
"PLACEABLE" in the background of my CAD screen and
THEN I start tracing ALL the Lines.

Problem is that those lines always turn to to be FAT/WIDE and "Interpreting which side of
the line to trace or even approximating the center is tedious and prone to fault.

Even after arriving at a somewhat respectable drawing
there is still the "Conversion" to Foam, if that's your end game.

Or should I be making some in-line changes ?

I am ready to CNC cut using the plans you sent me yesterday.
Justj wants a set of parts already !
Plus He wants one of your Vixen models as well.

I'll check back a bit later.

Best

Bob

Here is my current layout, with respect to my box size and Depropn std material size.

BTW

I have the intention of offering 1/16" ply wood parts sets as well.
That would include 4 horns and 1 motor mount.

Hey Bob

Try this layout, you will save half a sheet ... KFm wing doublers are probably better just glued in place anyway, and the leading edge sanded

I will post pics when I'm done...... don't hold your breath, I'm not as fast as you are!! even a simple build like this could take me two or three weeks.
I put some glue on this and then go do that other stuff. Come back later put on some more glue and go do other stuff.... again and yet again. When one plane is done the next one moves to the front of the queue!
