After looking at the website at the HIGH end Heli's they offer, this A10 will have a hefty price tag. My enthusiasm has dropped as this will be unattainable at least for me. No pricing or mention on the website of the Hog

Price is $1995.00 all composite with scale gear. Price includes shipping. I have built there B-25, Have 2 of there P-51 and the King Air. There planes are high priced but great quality and details. Looks like the A-10 will be the next one in the hanger.

I have a 3D PDF of this plane when they started making production tools, but I made a promise to not share that information.

So I guess that makes this post useless lol

Cant wait to see more about on this plane, even though its out of my budget.

Well I pulled the trigger. The A-10 should be here next week. I have always wanted a A-10 just couldn't afford a Skymaster or Mibo. Hopefully this is the next best thing. Will see.

Nice looking hog! The kit looks good and looks like they got the stab incidence correct. Landing gear are well done and not too tall.

12KW on an 80inch A-10? That's a bit overkill and will require the heavy battery setup suggested. The larger Sky-E-Master EDF A-10 (88" wingspan has been flown on less wattage. You can really run light power systems on A-10s. Not only because of the big straight wing, but because there is little/no ducting losses.

I'm building a CGRC A-10 (72 inch) and have Jetfan 120s with HET 800-535s. 75A each at full throttle (12S). I could get away with running just 2 6S 8000 packs for both and get 24lbs thrust at 8KW. This system would also work fine for this hog and save you pounds in batteries and improve flight time...unless you are trying to set speed records.

I would like to see the manual.

Also when it arrives please post some more detailed pictures. I'd like to see the battery compartment and gear more closely.

Does look nice. Just don't want that Hobby King inside look though.

I had to go out of town we had a death in the family. Will post pictures when I return. Cliff at RC Aerodyne didn't like the first manual that was sent so the factory is redoing it should be ready soon.
