RiteWing Drak Mini Clone

Hey guys, I'm into Flying Wings recently and knew that the best and well known one is the Zephyr, which lead me to discovered the Z3 and the latest coolest, Drak. At first I was more fascinated with the design of Z3, but the Forward Swept Wing Drak is more cool to build/show off at the flying field.

I stumbled upon this Drak 48 thread by XDmToter which I would like to credit him for the use of 2d plan and CG for this project. Chris also commented in that thread too.

In case you are wondering what Drak is, or would like to purchase the original with awesome molded material, check it out at the below vendors,

b) http://www.readymaderc.com/store/ind...acturers_id=22

Chris also recently revealed this Mini Drak which if gathered enough response, he may launch one.
First Look at the Ritewing Mini DRAK (9 min 30 sec)

Now about mine, since the Drak is designed to be separated to 3 parts for ease of transportation, I decided to scale those 3 parts to fit my luggage! just a random reference, and the space is of the luggage is 55cm long, 33cm width and 22cm depth.

And the result is, 1230mm wingspan and pretty light with 6mm foamboard, bout 430gram without electronics. However, due to the CG is very forward, I need at least 2x 3S 2200mah + weight to balance it. This may be good news or, may be not.

So here's the finished images,

Thanks Foamdave and Chris! But it wouldn't fly. Nose keep diving when i launch it.

Motor is underpowered and I think my airfoil is too thick too.

Gotta give it new motor and try ClarkY airfoil instead of my own unproven airfoil haha
