Still patiently waiting on the frame :, ( hopefully the package doesnt get lost for two months again! Right now deciding on what I want for a power terrain but LB30s and emax reds are probably going to be my weapon of choice.

Nice build there joe! Did you find it a bit hard to mount the KISS fc? that it because the mounting holes are 30mm*30mm in stead of 30.5mm*30.5mm, same goes to XRacer FC that im using.

Pre-tune RD-210 (1 min 31 sec)

Lmao! This thing is nasty. Flying an X feels so odd coming from only ever flying rectangles. every movement feels even. So now I have to relearn how to fly almost. Anyways little crash at the end. Walked over flipped it over and continued to fly. No thanks to DAL props lol.

My maiden has been put on hold for a bit. One of my kiss24a esc's was a dud but thanksfully, flyduino is sending me a replacement.

Hi all,

I have a concern that whether I should place my vtx (Foxeer 600mw) at the rear of bottem plate or not. As I think that the SMA connector is a bit outside of the frame (as you guys can see from photo) and it can make the SMA connector easier to be broken when the rear of my quad hit the ground.

Thank you all in advance.

Hey man,

To bensure honest I mounted mine on a slight angle on the top plate and that works well, but the way you have it should be fine. If you think about it most of the time impact will be frontal and the arms are likely to deflect the hit but there is always a chance.
