Anyone know if they (LHS on 41) can get hanger 9 stuff? I want to order a Piper Pawnee 40 ARF

http://www.hangar-9.com/Products/Def...ProdID=HAN4030

It would be cool to get it local and not have to have it shipped.

Fun Fun,

Guys, come on out to Lost Lake this weekend June 5th and 6th.

Fresno Soaring Society is holding a their Silver Cup TD Glider Contest.

If you have never seen a thermal duration contest it is a great chance to check it out.

Im lookin for an electric arf with servoes and motor installed.
Look for the "golf-cart" type of vehicles in the front area too. He also sells those, and there's usually several out there.. even some pretty unique ones. He's a really nice guy too...and its a very clean outfit.

I really need to keep up on here a bit more.Ive been trying to get out to FRCM field as much as I can while I have some time off.Sorry Doug I keep forgetting to specifically find and meet you.All the people Ive been meeting and trying to remember names and faces is kind of overwhelming to me a bit.Maybe I saw you at the fun meeting at the field last week.I flew my e-flite Texan and then my trainer with the led lights at night.Im starting to relax a bit more around all the new ppl and remember who Ive met.Real good bunch there so far.I think Im going to apply for membership next month at the business meeting.

As for the new hobbyshop.Yes it is a Hobby supply place in Madera
The owner/operator is Tom Faretta. He is also a member at FRCM.
Its located on the West side of Hwy41 just South of Ave14
His business that he already had going at that location is called Cart Addictions.
Lift kits, parts and other things for golf carts. The website is cartaddictions.com
He is now doing aeromodeling sales also in the same shop.He said he will be getting a sign
visible from the road but you cant miss the yellow awnings and golf type carts out front.Stop in and see him sometime
hes a good guy and fellow aeromodeler. He carries Morgan fuels,Turnigy LiPo packs and quite a few spare parts and always looking for feedback on other things that local pilots need to have in stock to keep things flying.Pricing is very fair.
He has quite a few various new fixed wing models and some used ones available onsite. Also some heli stuff.A deal on a very affordable route to getting a 450 pro type heli going combined with expert hands on advise and help with setup and actually getting it in the air to fly.A very valuable service IMO when most others will just try to sell you as much stuff as they can and then have you try to figure out how to make it all work on your own.
Im not sure about the other number that was listed but the one I use is from the cartaddictions site.
