Now this is a REAL Drone

Is this a drone or an RC model?

This pic was a PDF, but the software company wanted way to much to purchase it. If anybody know where to get something for free. Please let me know. I should be able to remove the word " SAMPLE"

Can't say for sure, but I'd guess it's a WWII-era OQ-series target drone made by Radioplane.

Here's a REAL drone.

Cerca 1943. Being launched from BB-34 New York for target practice.

On further examination, Rampage's is an OQ-2A, the original (with the tapered wings) is probably an OQ-19 or MQM-33, post-WWII.

Probably an OQ-3, since the OQ-3 was the mass produced follow-up to the OQ-2 and OQ-2A.

I can't tell you the reason I was on board this LST, I was just being transported with a secure container, to another ship. It was in 1966 in the South China Sea off the cost of Vietnam. It was used for target practice. I was up in the bridge when I took the picture. It took me about 3 months to develop the film and print them. This one is 8 x 11, and contrast has faded being in a box with other ones. I did look at a couple of them up close. The were made by Northrop.
