When are you getting one? Hope it will be easy to mod to regular battery. I've ran into issues with WL Toys Q242G battery, also uses a custom battery format, and no spare batteries available yet...

I'm not sure. But I was told perhaps February. But we have to be mindful of the Chinese New Year, which begins on 7 and ends on 13 Feb. Things may get delayed...

Subbed. Been keen on going to a smaller frame and I'm very impressed with the Racer 250.

I like my ER250 too. And I hope my Falcon 250 will be better. Can't wait for this guy to be out!

I was told that BG is monitoring this thread closely for ideas. Apparently, there's still time for improvements. I'm excited about their micro racers as I'd love to fly something really small for a change.

One idea, use standard battery type, with xt60 plug or so.

Love the configuration options for the lights, much better than the EC250.

Naze 32 w/ GPS and OSD?!
I like it!

(not a big fan of the proprietary battery pack though)

I'm liking those goggles and the OSD (coming from a ER250 and Quanum)

Battery is a big turn off however, as I fear replacement packs will be expensive or hard to find.

Hopefully they do BNF like they just did with the EF250. But the battery is a big issue.

GPS on a 180 racer? It doesn't sound very useful

Take it easy ,The replacement packs will not be so expensive . Smart Battery ,compared to normal battery, can be used more times.

The legendary Aaron qin replies to me!

I will be hopefully optimistic then about the batteries. Will the FPV goggles be for sale separately? I love my Racer 250.

Actually I already have scavenging plans. It uses a naze32 (like my 250) if that gps unit is small enough to fit on an 180, its gonna love my 250.

Just waiting for them to sell the "accessories. "
