Motors will not start after installing NAZA M or NAZA Lite Controllors

I build and installed Naza controllors on Multicopters. I have had individuals call me after they install the NAZA controllor and the motors well not start after using the Assistant Software Installation. The most common problem for this is in the command Sticks Calibration in the RC tab under Basic the Command Sticks are not moving in the right direction. If you are using DJI esc opto's and DJI motors check this first "THE ELEVATOR STICK MOVEMENT" if you move the stick to the low position the slider should move left and to the up position the slider should move right!!!!!!! IF NOT THE MOTORS WILL NOT START. DJI opto ESCs "Do not need to be calibrated with your throttle stick!"
IF YOU ARE USING OTHER THAN DJI ESC'S YOU MUST CALIBRATE THE TRANSMITTER THROTTLE STICK FOR EACH ESC INDIVIDUALLY PRIOR TO CONNECTING TO THE NAZA CONTROLLER.
