I think that's an Aeromaster. Heck, if I lived closer I might take him up on that one. It needs some work but if the airframe is sound its worth his asking price.

Tom

EDIT: Ooops, I was talking about the bipe in post #45.

Hmmm I have the shadow of where an Aeromaster once was! I should list it on eBay!

Anyone ever notice, when an item is waaay overpriced, the high incidence of Ebay seller names containing the words "antiques", "gold", or "treasures"?

Oops, almost forgot to add "collectables".

You're right. Seems like they exploited every other kind of 'antique' so they think if they sell model airplanes customers will buy them and pay high prices simply bcuse an antique dealer said they're worth it.

Here's a prime example of one of those "antique dealers".

http://www.ebay.com/itm/232032013930...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

BTW, the size is 11-6 and the 30 is the original price. I'm tempted to offer him $1.00 for it.

Tada I knew someone would get it, I got to have 3 dozen 11-8 and I think 50 cents a piece is the price on them. Let's see $24.99 each lol

That wood prop reminds me of a sale I had.

I posted a ready to fly airplane on Ebay a few years back.
It had a nice Futaba 3004bb flight pack and OS SF 61.
I started the bidding at $100, since that's what I paid for it.

With glow dominating the skies back then, I think I had bids up to $290-300.
In the last minute a man outbid everyone with $325 (and $80 greyhound shipping.)

He sends me a message and says

"I don't need the servos or the engine,
but if you can put on a wooden prop, I'd prefer it to the plastic one (APC).
Can you center it and reuse the nose cone (spinner) with a bolt holding it on?
I just need it to hang in my restaurant."

He made my day!

Read description. Like reading an owners manual from Hobby King. http://www.ebay.com/itm/MIDWEST-HOTS...wAAOSwZ1BXepdf

This is not a fully kit, I'm offering only the basic parts that will help you to assembly this model straight and fast, according to myself.

I was entertained "according to myself." Try to think about the subject of this thread, what that includes, and recognize this is not trader talk.
