I have have access to a roll printer, so sometimes I just get it done there. I usually just produce the plans in grey scale and drive to Staples and have the plans printed. Then I hand cut all my parts.

I try not to build the same model twice. Its the great part of having access to CAD. When I am lazy I just print tiles and tape them together.

Impressive work!

Thanks for the info and link to your page. I'll be ordering a few kits

Flying around my local parks now, just getting back into the hobby. Over the next few months I'll be at the flying fields meeting new friends.

They are all FREE, no ordering anything. You just have to buy foam board and start cutting.
I use an aluminum framing square for my straight edge.

I live in Vancouver BC and I buy my foam board form a place called EM Plastics in 4' x 8' sheets.

Ok 36", you want exact wing form? Fixed retracts or hand launch? I suggest hand launch trikes are not so good on bad fields.

Yes exact wing please, also hand launch and belly landing, mostly fly at the park, do not use retracts and do not care for fixed ones, thanks a lot for doing this. I will donate once it is done.
