A Little help with my first F3B Eagle

Hello Builders;

Ive just bought a Mark Allen "7003 Eagle", and have Phil Barnes fine V-bag CD, and have bagged successfully 3 sets of wings. My question revolves around two details.

1. What is the best/easiest way to construct the spars in the wings, and how is the socket in the fuse set up?
I've only dealt with bolt-on wings so far.
What lay-up should I use?
The plane will see mostly slope use.

2. The blue foam cores on both the stab and wing panels have the LE cut off.
What is the best material for the LE's, and should I put LE's on before, or after, bagging?

Any help, or links to appropriate build threads is much appreciated.

It's perfectly ok; I kinda assumed there wasn't any. Any help is appreciated, though.
